Soyjak Siege is a top-down bullet-hell survival game where you play as Chud, the last defender protecting a valuable Gem from endless enemy attacks. Published as a fast-paced arena action experience, the game combines automatic combat, character upgrades, bosses, and large enemy swarms that become harder to handle with every passing minute.
Most runs start with only a handful of enemies. nThat doesn't last long. New waves appear from multiple directions, gradually taking away the space needed to move safely. What looks like an open arena at the beginning can become crowded within minutes. Once enemies start surrounding the Gem, escaping bad positions becomes much more difficult. Finding room to move is often just as important as dealing damage.
Defeated enemies leave EXP orbs behind. Collecting enough of them grants a level-up and lets you choose a new upgrade. Some upgrades increase attack power, while others improve health, movement speed, or defensive abilities. Because upgrade choices can vary from run to run, players often end up using different strategies each time they play. Certain combinations work well against large groups, while others make boss fights easier to survive.
Regular enemies create constant pressure, but bosses change the pace completely. Their attacks usually cover larger areas of the arena and leave fewer safe spaces to stand. Players who spend most of a run focusing only on enemy crowds often struggle when a boss suddenly appears. Learning attack patterns becomes important if you want a run to continue beyond the later stages.
Soyjak Siege keeps things simple: survive, level up, and hold off as many enemies as possible. The longer a run lasts, the busier the arena becomes, turning movement and positioning into the difference between another level-up and a game over screen.
