Overtake X is an arcade driving game built around one simple challenge: stay on the road for as long as possible while passing traffic at high speed. Every run drops you into busy highways where cars constantly change your available space. A safe opening can disappear in seconds, so paying attention to the road ahead matters more than holding the accelerator.
Choose a Driving Mode
Each mode changes the way you approach the road.
Endless focuses on distance and high scores. Time Trial asks you to reach the target before the clock runs out. Police Chase adds patrol cars that keep the pressure high, while Free Ride lets you drive without worrying about objectives.
No matter which mode you select, avoiding collisions is always the priority.
How to Play
Your car moves into traffic as soon as the race begins. Accelerate, look ahead, and switch lanes whenever a gap appears. Waiting too long often leaves you boxed in, while changing lanes too early can put you directly in another vehicle's path.
Driving close to other cars rewards confident decisions, but every near miss also increases the risk of ending the run. Learning when to stay in your lane and when to overtake becomes more important as traffic gets heavier.
Money earned after each drive can be used to improve your car before starting another attempt.
Upgrade Your Vehicle
Better performance makes later runs easier to manage.

- Handling helps the car respond more smoothly when changing lanes.
- Braking provides better control during sudden slowdowns.
Upgrading all three creates a more balanced vehicle than focusing on only one category.
