Quenq Vice City
Quenq Vice City puts you in Tommy Vercetti's shoes. Most of the time, you will be driving around Vice City, going to mission locations, dealing with enemies, and finding your way back to the next objective. When there is no mission to handle, you are free to grab a vehicle and go wherever you want.
Follow the Missions
Missions are the easiest way to get started. Pick one up, check where you need to go, then make your way there. Some jobs are straightforward, while others turn into fights or longer trips across the city.
Getting familiar with the streets helps a lot. You will spend plenty of time travelling between different parts of Vice City, so knowing the roads saves you from taking unnecessary detours.
